We ask for your login email address so that we can save your readings and you will enjoy the full experience of the Tarot Room. We never sell your information, as it is private and we keep it that way.

Your store account details are private and never shared. Your Portrait shows info you choose to share—like your tarot skills, zodiac sign, mood, and country. Your Membership Level appears in your Portrait and Mini-Profile. We don’t show or share your email address, but friends can find you if they search using your exact email.
To update your tarot account information, go to your profile using the left navigation menu. If you need to change your email address, please use the Contact Us The Tarot Room store is separate from your tarot account—so to update store details like billing and shipping addresses, first go to the Store, then select Support.
For both the Tarot Room and Store websites, you can request a password change through the login menu—just follow the instructions provided. If you signed in using a social media account, you won’t need a password after successfully logging in through your social media platform. Password changes for social media accounts need to done through those providers.
Addresses can be updated by accessing the Store which is a drop down from your image on the upper right corner or by accessing the Info Hub and selecting the Store Account link. A list of your shipping and billing addresses are shown. You can delete, or edit an address and select default and click save.
Click on Store Account under the Support select Store Account. Both your account address information and order history will be displayed. Any other questions please use the Contact Us form.
