TarotRoom.com Membership Agreemnt Terms

INTRODUCTION

TarotRoom.com is tarot for living®. A magical place to get free tarot readings and recommended products to solve everyday problems. Everyone can do their own personalized Tarot Room reading or other tarot cards deck readings using a comprehensive Celtic cross or a quick tarot reading. We keep track of your psychic energy, trends, surroundings and insightful messages from friends. Members should complete their profile information to ensure you receive the best psychic predictions and recommendations. We offer BASIC and PREMIUM membership. Basic membership is free for all members. Premium membership is an annual membership that needs to be renewed by the member. This agreement lists the great privileges offered with Premium membership.

The use of this Website (‘Site’) and becoming a Tarot Room member is governed by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (“Tarot Room by Spell Space, Inc. Membership Agreement”) and the Site Terms of Use for both Basic and Premium membership. This site is for entertainment purposes only and makes no guarantees. Your information is private and never shared with any third parties.

Security

We use SSL security when uploading personal account information or making purchases through our Tarot Room Store. We encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). To verify, view the little lock in the browser URL area, which indicates a secured connection. Click on the little lock image to view the SSL certificate details.

Eligibility

Membership in TarotRoom.com is void where prohibited. Membership and use of this Site is intended solely for users who are thirteen (13) years of age or older. Any registration by, use of or access to the Site by anyone under 13, is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these Terms of Use. By using the Service or the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 13, and that you agree to and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Children Under Age 13

TarotRoom.com does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for TarotRoom.com or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on TarotRoom.com. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us through the “Contact Us” form on top of page.

Children Between the Ages of 13 and 18

We recommend that minors 13 years of age or older ask their parents for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet.

Memberships

Users must register and complete their profile information to use all the features available at TarotRoom.com. There are two types of memberships:

1. Basic: Provides most features for FREE that include the ability to save or email one tarot reading per day, view tarot reading trends, six-month chart trend, share readings, make insight comments throughout the site.
2. Premium: Fee based and provides all the basic features plus members can save up to five readings daily. We hide most ads, discounts are given for Store purchases, members have more flexibility on privacy settings for Portrait, Readings and Insight comments. Unlimited timeline view on trends in your Chart view. Featured readings in the Insights slider.

As we add more features, we will provide special privileges to your Premium membership.

Registration

When you become a member, you will enter a valid email address as your login ID and minimum 5-character password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and user ID, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your password and user ID. Furthermore, you agree to immediately notify TarotRoom.com.com of any unauthorized use of your login ID and password. You can view your Tarot Account information under the Support top navigation. Should you forget your Tarot Account password, you may request a reset on-line in the log on page. A new password will be sent to your registered email address.

Completing the billing and shipping information is requested for future purchases but is not mandatory unless purchasing items from our Tarot Room Store. You can view your Store Account information found under Support in the top navigation. Should you forget your Store Account password, you may request a reset on-line in the log on page. A new password will be sent to your registered email address. Your email account is synced between the Tarot Account and the Store Account but you not the password, therefore we recommend you use the sam social media link or password for both. Registration is not required to browse the store and explore tarot cards.

The information we ask during registration is as follows:

Required

• Name: First and Last. This allows friends to search for you by first and last name, email address or nickname.
• Email Address: also used as your user login.
• Password: recommend a strong and easy to remember password.
• Email preferences: Opt in or Out of specials and discount emails.
• Membership terms acceptance: using this site confirms you read and accept.

We ask for the following Portrait (profile) information so that we can provide more accurate predictions and recommendations. If nothing is selected the default will indicate “unrevealed”:

• Nickname: used throughout the site as your guide name
• Location: Country, State, City. We initially set based on the near network location but members can update anytime.
• Gender: male, female, other
• Mood: Select a mood word that expresses your current feelings. Available words; Open-Minded, Worldly, Logical, Energetic, Caring, Magical, Fun, Calm, Cautious, Secretive, Protective, Social, Adventurous, Cuddly, Competitive, Musical, Artistic, Loving
• Experience: Young at Heart, Wise, Seasoned, Established
• Tarot Insight: Apprentice, Novice, Connoisseur
• Connection: Happy Alone, Searching, Have a Soulmate
• Birth Month: select a month January through December
• Birth Day: month day 1 through 31

Profile Information we track

• Member since: date registered.
• Member type: Basic or Premium.
• Expiration date: if Premium, the expiration date
• Level: Membership levels are Earth  Moon  Venus  Mercury  Sun. Progresses in this order based on points.
• Points: Determines your membership level. Members get points when they register and the highest number in TarotRoom reaches to top Sun level.
• Tarot Insight: Apprentice, Novice, Connoisseur
• Sign: Is determined based on the Month and Day entered. We use the registration date initially so that members can see a sample of the Birthday Tarot information.

Point Levels

The more you use TarotRoom.com features, lengthier membership, product purchases, the more points a member earns. Sun level members get more discounts, free premium membership and free products offers!

Points Awarded For:

• Saved readings
• Insight comments
• Completed Portrait/Profile
• Number of times Adored
• Friend referrals who become members
• Paid Premium membership
• Purchases at store

Inactive Basic Membership Accounts

If you do not use your Basic membership account for over 2 years, we will inactivate your account. You can re-activate your account as soon as you attempt to log back in, an email will be sent to you for re-verification and security purposes.

Canceling Membership

Use the Contact Us form with your request to cancel your membership. Your email account will be inactivated and all your saved readings and notes will be deleted. Premium membership is non-refundable if it has been used for more than 90 days. If Premium membership is cancelled within 90 days, we will prorate the refund for the period used. If you wish to cancel Premium membership, please use the Contact Us forms and provide details. We hate to see you go, but wish you all the luck and fortune and love in the World. NOTE- once this information is DELETED it cannot be retrieved.

Valid Email Address Required

By registering, you agree to provide valid email address and accurate profile information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your online profile information to keep it accurate and current. Invalid email addresses are deleted. We reserve the right to delete any saved reading or other TarotRoom.com data for any invalid email account. If you change your email and would like your data moved to a new email address, please use the Contact Us form and provide details.

Access the Help links can be found under each navigation headings. If you are having trouble please use the Contact Us link located at the top Navigation under Support. We will respond within 1 business day.

Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of this Agreement at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will post the changes to the TarotRoom.com Agreement on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service or the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Agreement, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) the Service or the Site. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Site to determine if there have been changes to these Terms of Use Agreement and to review such changes. Please read this Agreement carefully. By using the Site, you accept the terms and conditions previously described in the general use area, in addition the following terms described below, and you warrant and represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you wish to cancel your Premium membership, please use the Contact Us form.

Ownership of User Content

You may elect to enter content, such as making Insight comments for readings, portraits or birthday tarot, as well as adding pictures. When using all our cool pages, you agree, represent and warrant that in using the Site you either own or have permission to enter thus content. User Content for hosting and displaying purposes. TarotRoom.com takes no ownership of any content you upload to TarotRoom.com; however, you grant TarotRoom.com.com the right to:

1. Post and display this in your personalized Tarot Room®, Chart, Guide, Portrait, Explore Cards, and Mini-Profile.
2. You control the adored guides within any of the Insight comment areas.

TarotRoom.com is not responsible nor does TarotRoom.com supervise the entering or uploading of any content, although it reserves the right to do so.

User Content Responsibility

User Content (including insights and live sessions) are the sole responsibility of you and you shall adhere to all laws regarding such User Content. You will not submit, upload or otherwise transmit to TarotRoom.com.com any User Content containing:

• (i) unlawful, threatening, abusive, mean, intimidate, defamatory, or obscene material or any material, which invades another person's privacy or further the commission or concealment of a crime;
• (ii) materials, which are the subject of, or which infringe upon, any patent, trademark, trade name, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right of another person or entity;
• (iii) data that in any way interfere with or disrupt the Site or networks connected thereto;e
• (iv) violate any law or federal or state regulation;
• (v) impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself, your age or your affiliation with any person or entity;
• (vi) upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
• (vii) upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make publicly available on the Site any private information of any third party, including, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card numbers;
• (viii) solicit personal information from anyone under 18 or solicit passwords or personally identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes;

Bottom-line- BE NICE. It's a tough world out there, if you want good karma, then be respectful, helpful and kind to everyone on TarotRoom.com!

TarotRoom.com, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to immediately

• i) remove any and all User Content, which it determines inappropriate, illegal, offensive, or harmful in any respect;
• ii) if a member breaks the rules, they will first receive a warning, then a 3-day ban, second offence receives a one-week ban, third offence a one-month ban, 4th offence a lifetime ban. This is reset after 3-6 months of good behavior (depending on the severity of the incident)
• iii) permanent suspension or deleting your membership for severe violation of this Membership Agreement as deemed by TarotRoom.com.

Complaints or reporting of copyright infringements may be filed through the “Contact Us” hyperlink in this site or via email at support@TarotRoom.com.com.

Comment Insights and Member/Guide Connections

TarotRoom.com provides the ability to communicate with members and we are not responsible or represent any of these members. Interpretations by other members are not in any way affiliated, connected with or supported by TarotRoom.com. Connections with any such person(s) who interpret your tarot readings are your sole responsibility and how you acknowledge, and any results of this information, are done under your own judgment and at your own risk and TarotRoom.com is not responsible.

Agreements that are made with Psychics located through TarotRoom.com are not in any way supported or affiliated with TarotRoom.com. We provide the means to find others of similar interests and what agreements are reached by any members are at their own discretion and responsibility and TarotRoom.com does not condone or indorse these nor bares any responsibility for any results. Occasionally we may provide promotions from Psychics but TarotRoom.com does this only as a service to our members.

If you decide to leave the TarotRoom.com website due to a connection made through this Site, and access any Third Party Site or to use or install any Third Party Applications, Software or Content, you do so at your own risk and you should be aware that our terms and policies no longer govern. You should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices, of any site or member to which you discuss, navigate from, or relating to any connection you make through TarotRoom.com.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other TarotRoom.com members. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users. If you feel there is abuse, malicious or otherwise unethical intent, please report the details and the member information by providing their Customer ID and Nickname, via the “Contact Us” form or by calling 866-381-3636.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold TarotRoom.com, by Spell Space, Inc. harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) that arise directly or indirectly from: (i) your breach of any provision of this Membership Agreement; and (ii) any and all claims relating, directly or indirectly, to User Content or your conduct on the Site, including, but not limited to, defamation and infringement.

Limitation Of Liability

THE SITE CONTENT, SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND OTHER MATERIALS CONTAINED OR OFFERED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITH NO WARRANTY. USE OF THE SITE CONTENT, SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND OTHER MATERIALS ON THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

SPELL SPACE, INC. NOR ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PAID TO SPELL SPACE FOR THE MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS FOR WHICH A CLAIM IS MADE. ANY CLAIM AGAINST SPELL SPACE UNDER ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PROVISION OF SERVICES OR PRODUCTS OR SHIPMENT OF ANY PRODUCTS MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR FROM DATE OF ORDER.

Term & Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the date of your registration and continue until terminated. All provisions of this Agreement relating to payment, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and proprietary rights shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.

You may request that we remove your User Content from the Site at any time. If you choose to remove your User Content, your membership agreement will automatically expire, however you acknowledge that TarotRoom.com may retain archived copies of your User Content. TarotRoom.com does not assert any ownership over your User Content; rather, as between us and you, subject to the rights granted to us in these Terms, you retain full ownership of all of your User Content and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your User Content.

TarotRoom.com may terminate this TarotRoom.com Agreement at any time. If you wish to terminate your Membership, please complete the Contact Us form located the Site, or via email at support@TarotRoom.com and request termination.

General

If any portion of this Membership Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then such section will be deemed amended and interpreted, if possible, in a way that renders it enforceable. If such an interpretation is not possible, then the portion will be deemed removed from this Agreement and the rest of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect. The failure by any party to exercise any right provided herein shall not be deemed a waiver or forfeiture of any such right. TarotRoom.com reserves the right to make modifications, alterations or updates to this Site and this Agreement at any time. You accept the affirmative obligation to periodically review whether or not this Agreement has changed, and, if you do not agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates, you shall discontinue your use of the Site. Your continued use of this Site shall be deemed an acceptance and agreement to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.

This TarotRoom.com Agreement does not designate either party as the agent, employee, legal representative, partner or joint venture of the other party for any purpose whatsoever. This TarotRoom.com Agreement creates no relationship, contractual or otherwise, between you and any other entity or supplier, other than Spell Space, Inc. This TarotRoom.com Agreement is binding.

This TarotRoom.com Agreement shall be not governed by the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, such application is expressly excluded.

Acceptance

Upon completing your registration, you warrant and represent to TarotRoom.com that you accept this TarotRoom.com Agreement as a valid, enforceable and legally binding obligation of the parties. No amendments or modifications may be made except as set forth in the TarotRoom.com Agreement or in a written document signed by both parties.
